Jersey Shore Premium Outlets

New 480,000 sq.ft. single-level, outdoor, village-style upscale
retail center on a 52-acre site in Tinton Falls, NJ. Scope included
(8) new buildings, (3) 100 ft. "lighthouse" signage towers, 120 stores. Includes food court, information center, wheelchair
rental agent and foreign currency exchange center. Parking for
2,100 vehicles. Off-site sewage pump station upgrade. Stringent
stormwater management requirements.

Christiana Retail Center

The Henderson Corporation was the Construction Manager for this 110,110 sq.ft. project consisting of eight (8) individual retail spaces within six (6) new buildings in an existing retail complex in Newark, Delaware. Our scope of work included building shells, mechanical systems, interior fit-out, signage structures and decorative façade ornaments. Each building was constructed to accommodate each tenant’s space requirements and included interior fit-out to match each store’s latest prototype design.
