Research Technology Center
The Henderson Corporation was awarded the Design/Build contract for this 155,000 sq.ft. research facility in Elkton, Maryland. The project scope included research labs, support facilities/common areas, a 20,000 sq.ft. atrium plaza, high-bay testing building for shipping/receiving, a pilot plant, 10 acres of site development, access roads and utilities, and a central utility plant.

Household Products Creative & Commercial Center
Henderson was awarded a Design/Build contract for this 45,000 sq.ft. facility in Hazlet, New Jersey. The project features creative studios and perfumers’ labs, a glass curtain wall façade with exterior finish insulation system, a 2-story atrium with skylights, and high-tech fragrance evaluation laboratories.

Manufacturing Plant Renovations
Henderson was the Construction Manager for this multi-phased renovation project in Bristol, Tennessee. Scope of work included a 2-story packaging and lab addition as well as renovations and modifications to existing process and packaging areas.
Wyeth Pharmaceutical Sciences Facility
Henderson was the Construction Manager for this 100,000 sq.ft. facility in Pearl River, New York. The Pharmaceutical Sciences Facility was organized into three main areas: the processing wing for dosage production, a laboratory/office wing, and interstitial space housing HVAC support and various storage areas.
