Becton Dickinson Corporate Headquarters Expansion

The Henderson Corporation was the Construction Manager for this 480,000 square foot corporate office building and parking garage located on Becton Dickinson’s corporate campus in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey.

GPU Energy Management Group Renovations

Henderson was the General Contractor for renovations to GPU’s Madison Avenue office in Morristown, New Jersey. All renovations were phased so construction could continue while facility remained open and operational.

Lucent Technologies Corporate Office Tenant Fit-Up

Henderson was the Construction Manager for this 817,000 square foot total area interior fit-out within five buildings on Lucent’s Corporate Campus in Warren, New Jersey.

Lucent Technologies Global Solutions Center

Henderson was the Construction Manager for this 7,400 square  foot Customer Presentation Center within Building B of Lucent’s Corporate Office Campus in Warren, New Jersey. Our scope of work included a Reception and Informal Seating Area, Executive Offices and Conference Room, Presentation Theatre, Videoconference Room, and Dining Room.

National Starch & Chemical Company Office Building No. 10

Henderson was the Construction Manager for this new 71,145 sq.ft., 3-story building on National Starch's office campus in Bridgewater, New Jersey. The project included two levels of office, conference and support space, and a partial basement for a satellite cafeteria, storage and mechanical rooms. Also included a new security and visitor center at campus entrance.
