The Henderson Corporation was awarded a Design/Build contract
for this 136,000 sq.ft. manufacturing facility expansion and renovation project in Colonial Heights, Virginia. The manufacturing expansion consisted of several operations/areas including Compounding, Dipping, Tumbling, Bulk Storage, Testing, etc. Renovations included processing and manufacturing, an administrative office area, employee services area, a quality control laboratory, and the metal panel/architectural CMU exterior. |

| Henderson was the Design/Builder for this 355,000 sq.ft. addition to an existing warehouse facility in Lebanon, New Jersey. All construction was phased in order to meet the owner's requirement of non interruption to ongoing warehouse and distribution operations. |

| Henderson provided design/build services for this new 48,700 sq.ft. addition and renovations to Osteotech's production facility in Eatontown, New Jersey. Scope of work included Class 100 clean production space, office space, and QA/QC lab support space. Construction in occupied areas was phased so facility could remain open and fully operational. |
