| The Henderson Corporation was the Construction Manager for Princeton University's new 210,000 sq.ft. graduate student housing project. The scope of work includes (7) new 3-story to 6-story buildings consisting of 138 2-bedroom apartments, 34 1-bedroom apartments and 33 studio apartments. One of the buildings also features a Student Community Center. A central geothermal mechanical system provides an environmentally clean source of heating and cooling. | |

| Henderson was the General Contractor for renovations to Temple's existing Student Activity Center and construction of a new 2-story addition. Renovations created an expanded dining and food service area. The new addition included a 2-story atrium, lobby and entrance court. | |

| Henderson is the General Contractor for this new 107,500 sq.ft. Research Building for the School of Arts & Sciences. The new building will contain wet labs for biology and genomics research; animal, plant and fish facilities; (2) greenhouses for plant science research; and plant growth chambers. | |

| Henderson was the Construction Manager for this 36,000 sq.ft. addition and 60,000 sq.ft. of renovations to an existing student center located on Widener's campus in Chester, Pennsylvania. All construction was performed while sessions were in progress and without interference to students or faculty. The exterior facade compliments the existing University campus through a careful blending of a custom aluminum curtain wall, imported French limestone brick masonry and EIFS panels. |
